|Recommended: YesI have lived here for two and a half years. The apartment and amenities are spectacular. The grounds, facility architecture, the grills, the fire pit, and the pool are all wonderful. The grounds are very well maintained and you are dog friendly even to visiting dogs. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Thanks for everything. I would recommend you all to anyone.

|Recommended: YesEnjoying our new surroundings — My husband and I sold our house and decided to move to Cambridge Square, that is in the heart of our home town. We are close to everything we know. Everyone we have encountered here have been so friendly and helpful. When we have had an issue, maintenance has been on it and got it done quickly. Amber is always so friendly and has answered my questions when I just pop into her office. Our grandkids love the pool and the playground. The only down fall we see is the parking but we are learning to live with it. We have enjoyed our move so far and hope to be here for a couple of years.
Thank you for the stellar review, Beth! We are always here if you need anything :)
|Recommended: YesI have been here almost 2 years and I hope to be here forever. I love it here. After my husband got sick I had to be here by myself, which is something I had never done, and I felt so safe. I have wonderful neighbors. everyone is so friendly. Only problem I find is the parking. I am handicapped and can't walk very far and hesitate to go out in the evening because I can't usually find parking near my building.
Thank you for the lovely review, Pat! We really appreciate your kind words and are always here if you need anything!

|Recommended: YesWell maintained — The amenities justify the rent and the biggest issue is finding decent parking in front of our building depending on the time of day. The pipes knock, we can occasionally hear the people above us stomping, and the smoke alarm in the kitchen goes off every time we open the oven door when we use it. Other than that the apartment is very nice and cozy.

|Recommended: YesNice, friendly atmosphere that is convenient to shopping. — I have been here for 1 month and had to find a place quickly. Sold my home. Drawback not having the luxury of selecting apartment of my choice. I live on first floor, which is good, but getting use to the noises from tenants above is quite the adjustment especially at 11 p.m. and Midnight. Although there is plenty of parking, at times, it can be a challenge if you want to be near entrance for loading and unloading packages. GET A WAGON OR CART. Pet friendly and people seem to respect the grounds and pick up after them - which is important for those that are NOT pet owners. Apartments are spacious with a good amount of storage for apartment living.
Tenants and Management are friendly and helpful - at least in my building.
Thank you for the review and wonderful feedback, Linda! We hope you continue to enjoy living here, and please let us know if you need any assistance with the noise issue you described. We are happy to help!
